Derick has been amazing, I have had a couple things I’ve needed looked at or fixed and they are right on time, Derick is friendly, engaging and efficient, he’s in an out and great at what he does. Thank you Derick, Thank you Creekside.

We have lived here for just about a year and we love it. The management has changed, and they are very helpful. We enjoy a lot of the activities that are offered. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and nice to talk to. The pool is being upgraded and they are doing other improvements . We are glad that we found this place when we were looking. We love it here!

Best Apartment in Utah!
The Property Manager and Maintenance Manager are the best! They really care about their residents, handle things in a timely manner, and are very nice to be around. I highly recommend this place! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
