We have an excellent young manager at this 55 plus apartment complex. Josh listens to my concerns and is always on top of things. I sure appreciate him.

I needed a place to move during a very stressful time, and Josh was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable about all the different options for rent, maintenance, etc. A really great community, and I’ve loved all my neighbors!

I was impressed with the speed, level of customer service and the above average assistance provided through every aspect of the experience .

I moved here in october and could not be happier with our Manager Terry. She is always on top of things. If something isn't right, she gets it fixed. Terry always takes time to talk to you if you go into her office, no appointment needed. Its nice to be in a complex where things are done professionally. Thank you Terry

She’s encouraging and always gives a wave or says hello. Our maintenance person takes care of our requests promptly. The activity directory makes sure our monthly calendar is available for us to choose what we can attend during the month. They work as a team which is amazing. I love where I live.

The property is well-maintained, and the entire staff is incredibly helpful and professional. A special shout-out to the manager, Terry she's truly amazing! Always approachable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend!

I have lived here for 8 years and truly love it. I have wonderful neighbors and it is nice and quiet here. Terry the manager is wonderful to work with, and she is always pleasant and sweet. She really knows her job, and answers questions honestly. Derrick, our maintenance man is excellent also. Whenever I have had a maintenance issue, Derrick comes to the rescue and fixes things perfectly. Barbara, who is a resident here, coordinates the events. In the clubhouse there are weekly bingo games, craft days and on Fridays there is a breakfast every morning. Sometimes there is a potluck during the evening. If you want to live in a 55+ community, I would consider Creekside. The rent is under the market rate of most other senior communities and the apartments have recently been updated.
