We have an excellent young manager at this 55 plus apartment complex. Josh listens to my concerns and is always on top of things. I sure appreciate him.

I needed a place to move during a very stressful time, and Josh was amazing to work with! Very knowledgeable about all the different options for rent, maintenance, etc. A really great community, and I’ve loved all my neighbors!

Upon the apartment search process, I was impressed with the speed, level of customer service and the above average assistance provided through every aspect of the experience . But, it didn’t stop there, the property manager has assisted me on several occasions without hesitation. During every encounter and or interaction he demonstrates his dedication to each resident as well as to the community at large. I truly feel seen, heard and appreciated by the property manager and the other members of the team!!! This has been my best apartment experience in my life!!! And, I am a real person not AI. So if you or anyone you know has the opportunity to live in this community, consider it as a blessing!!!

I moved here in october and could not be happier with our Manager Terry. She is always on top of things. If something isn't right, she gets it fixed. Terry always takes time to talk to you if you go into her office, no appointment needed. Its nice to be in a complex where things are done professionally. Thank you Terry

I moved here from CA in October. I didn’t realize how much a competent manager makes the property what it is. Terry, our manager, makes sure the rules are followed. She’s encouraging and always gives a wave or says hello. Our maintenance person takes care of our requests promptly. The activity directory makes sure our monthly calendar is available for us to choose what we can attend during the month. They work as a team which is amazing. I love where I live.
